Carers can apply for a free carers ticket. Free carer tickets are provided on a ratio of one per paying ticket, or one per family

Disabled Parking

We have a disabled parking area situated close to the arena. This can booked in the same way as a regular parking ticket. Please follow signs on arrival and have your badge ready for inspection.

Baby Facilities

A dedicated baby changing and breastfeeding area is provided. It is located next to our welfare tent.

Buggy Transfer

We have a dedicated accessibility team with a buggy available to assist with transferring disabled campers from the campsites and car parks to the arena. The contact number for this team will be shown here in the week leading up to the festival.

Arena Toilets

There is a disabled toilet located at each of the banks of toilets in the arena.

If you have any additional needs for support please visit the welfare tent where they have more private disabled facilities and a team to assist if needed..

Camping

There is a dedicated disabled camping area within both tent camping and the live-in vehicle camping areas. Please follow signs and have your badge on show when arriving and you will be directed to them. Please note that space in these areas is first come first served. Disabled toilets can be found at all toilet banks within the campsites.
